How We Began
Women's Empowerment Worldwide Women's Ministry was birthed November 7, 2022 by Rev. Hazel Jennings.
Her Vision was brought to life on January 14, 2023, when the first meeting was held at Dine- In- Crewe Restaurant in Crewe, Virginia. Composed of women from various churches in Nottoway County and surrounding areas, meeting on the second Saturday of each month, the ministry has continued to grow since. Starting in 2025, our edifice changed to Eleven Oaks Baptist Church in Crewe, VA to promote growth and better align with our Mission.

The Vision is to empower women through the Word of God and The Mission is to reach, teach, guide encourage, motivate, exalt, deliver and set women free throughout the world, that they may operate in their gifts from God.

Through our monthly meetings, that incorporate: Biblical lessons that can be applied to daily life, Fellowship and Prayer; Daily Inspirational Text Messages, Occasional Outings and Annual Women's Conference we believe we can one day Reach and Empower Women Worldwide.

Meet Our President
Reverand Hazel Jennings is a Woman of God on the move for Christ. She is currently the Assistant Pastor of Eleven Oaks Baptist Church in Crewe, VA. She is married to her husband Steve Jennings and has two children and one grandchild. One of her favorite lessons to teach and preach to all women is that Self-care is one of the most important things you can do as a woman.
